【自己紹介】
Hello! My name is Jean. I am 31 years old from Cainta, Rizal. I have been teaching English as a secondary language to non-native English speakers for 7 years, and I would love to continue doing so. Learning English is easy and fun, but the challenge is how to use it confidently outside the classroom. As an English teacher, that is my goal. I would love to see you confidently use English when speaking to others.
こんにちは。私の名前はジャンです。リサール州カインタ出身の31歳です。英語を母国語としない人たちに第二言語として英語を教え始めて7年になりますが、これからも続けていきたいと思っています。英語を学ぶことは簡単で楽しいことですが、課題は教室の外でいかに自信を持って英語を使うかです。英語教師として、それが私の目標です。みなさんが、他の人と話すときに自信を持って英語を使えるようになったらうれしいですね。
【趣味】
I love all forms of art. I love reading books. My favorite book is the English translation of Le Petit Prince, Antoine de Saint Exupéry ’s “The Little Prince”, which I read on Christmas Day. Aside from reading, I also love singing, dancing, acting, gardening, crocheting, creative writing, and filmmaking. I make short films with my friends for fun. The last short film I made was a two-minute horror film. My last painting was sakura and moonlight which I titled “Polychromatic”. I even made a quatrain about it.
芸術全般が好きです。本を読むのも好きです。一番好きな本は、クリスマスの日に読んだAntoine de Saint Exupéryの「Le Petit Prince」の英訳版です。読書のほかにも、歌やダンス、演技、ガーデニング、かぎ針編み、創作、映画制作も好きです。友達と一緒にショートフィルムを作って楽しんでいます。最後に作ったショートフィルムは2分間のホラー映画でした。最後に描いた絵は「多色刷り」と題した桜と月明かりです。この絵については、詩も作りました。

To Japanese students, never give up on your dreams. To truly be happy, you must turn your passion into action. Learning English can help you reach the world. It may not be as easy as A-B-C or 1-2-3 now, but with the right attitude and great teachers, you will certainly make your dreams become reality. See you in my class!
