【自己紹介】
Hello! My name is Alie Cas; I am 24 years old. I live in Los Baños City, a part of the province of Laguna where you can taste delicious and affordable Filipino-style coconut pies. I also live near the foot of Mt. Makiling where you can enjoy the healthy forest. I started off teaching kids at the age of 14 in my local church. Growing up with different kids, witnessing them chasing their dreams fueled my passion in teaching even more. One of the reasons why I took up the BA Communication Arts program is because of my desire to become a children’s book writer and an effective and empathetic teacher. I want to show my lovely students that learning English can be fun and very helpful. It can also be hard sometimes but Teacher Alie will always deliver the lessons all smiles.

【趣味】
I love going to coffee shops, smelling the freshly made drinks and pastries/food and reading books there. I also love singing, listening to stories, watercolor painting, and taking care of animals. I want to use watercolor paintings in the children’s books that I will write someday. Since I live near the foot of a mountain, I love exploring the green space, running, and just listening to the voices of the mountain sing. Some of the things that I also love are eating, styling, exercising, and cleaning/organizing. Oh, and laughing!
コーヒーショップに行き、作りたての飲み物やお菓子・食べ物の匂いを嗅いだり、そこで本を読んだりするのが好きです。また、歌を歌うこと、お話を聞くこと、水彩画を描くこと、動物の世話をすることも好きです。いつか書く絵本には水彩画を使いたいと思っています。山のふもとに住んでいるので、緑地を探検したり、走ったり、山の歌声を聞いたりするのも好きです。食べること、スタイリング、運動、掃除・整理整頓も大好きです。そして、笑うことも。

It can be hard sometimes, but it is okay because your AICA teachers will always be here for you every step of the way. We are always happy to teach you the English language and learn as well from your culture! You are all doing amazing!
